Parents rally at AZ State Capitol protesting Gov. Katie Hobbs as she threatens to eliminate the crucial ESA program which helps Arizona kids. ESAs (Empowerment Scholarship Accounts) allow all Arizona parents to use their child’s education tax dollars to pay for the school or curriculum they think is best.
